Elise Storme is a TA and PhD researcher at the GASPAR research group of Ghent University. Her main research interests include political representation, strategic political communication, gender, and (social) media. More specifically, she studies whether and how politicians communicate differently on social media based on their gender and the effect these potential differences have on the electorate.
