Gema Sánchez Medero is Professor of Political Science and Administration at the Complutense University of Madrid. She obtained his PHD in party politics from the Complutense University. She was a Pre-doctoral Fellow of the Congress of Deputies in Spain. My research áreas are political parties, institutions (parliaments, governments, etc) and transparencia. My research is published in refereed journals such as Lex Localis-Journal of Local Self-Government, Knowledge Management & E-learning: A International Journal, Revista Española de Derecho Parlamentario, Perfiles Latinoamericanos, Revista de Ciencia Política, among others. I have taught courses or seminars at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Instituto Nacional de Administraciones Públicas (España) Universidad de Alicante, Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, CESEDEN, etc. Guest professor or researcher at the Universidad de Costa Rica, Universidad La República, Universidad de Michigan, Universidad de Massachusetts, Universidad de Florencia, Universidad Federico II de Nápoles, Universidad de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbone, etc.
