I'm a PhD student at the University of Zurich's Chair for comparative politics and empirical democracy research and have previously studied International Relations at the University of Oxford (Mhil) and European Studies at the University of Bremen (BA). I'm also a member of the University of Zurich's Digital Democracy Lab (digdemlab.io) and the Digital Society Initiative (dsi.uzh.ch). My doctoral research focuses on affective polarization in multi-party systems, in particular in political identities beyond partisanship. My braoder research interests include European far-right politics, political violence and terrorism, natural language processing, quantitative text analysis, and computational social science methods.
