Jean-Baptiste Harguindéguy is lecturer at the Area of Political Science, Department of Public Law, Universidad Pablo de Olavide. Jean-Baptiste does research in Comparative Politics, Federalism and Intergovernmental Relations and Public Policy. He currently works on peripheral elites in the central states' apparatus, and on independence referendums' politics.
