Guest Researcher University of Aveiro | Research Unit on Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies Luís F. Mota is a Researcher at the research unit on Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policy, University of Aveiro (GOVCOPP-UA), where he also lectured between 2015 and 2019. He holds a post-doctorate in Public Policy (2019) and a PhD in Public Administration (2016). His research interests are public policy-making, network governance, public sector reform, local governance and civil society organizations. He is currently working in the research projects ‘LSSR: Local State-Society Relations’ and ‘DECIDE: Decentralized Territorial Governance’. His publications include several book chapters in international publishers, including Palgrave and Edward Elgar, and several articles in international journals, such as International Journal of Public Sector Management, Historic Environment: Policy & Practice and Tempo Social.
