I studied Biology at UNAM and then I did a Master's in Rural Development and Natural Resources in Ecosur Chiapas, and another in Policy and Economics of Energy and the Environment at UCL, in the United Kingdom. Currently, I am participating in the TC4BE Horizon Project for promoting more equitable and biodiverse food production and consumption telecoupled systems. I believe in interdisciplinary and systemic approaches to design and implement more sustainable policies and actions for promoting conservation and the well-being of the population.
