About

(Aspiring) Sociologist/Anthropologist and (amateur) saxophonist born and raised in Palermo (Sicily). I studied Sociology at the University of Trento (Italy) and I just completed a two years Research Master’s in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam. I am fascinated by differences and particularly intrigued by the ideological narratives of radical groups diametrically opposed to my core values. Therefore, I am interested in neofascism, misogyny, and conspiracy theories, with the hope that research can contribute to the understanding and prevention of such phenomena. In particular, as a man, I feel it is crucial to engage with other men to try to raise awareness of feminist claims, rethink masculinity, and oppose rampant anti-feminism.
