Milka Ivanovska Hadjievska is a Senior Lecturer at the Political Science Department at Lund University (Sweden) and part of the interdisciplinary ‘Civil Society Elites in Europe’ project. Previously, she was part of the ERC-funded ‘Regulating Civil Society Project' (first as PhD researcher and then as postdoctoral fellow) at the University of Exeter (UK). She holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Exeter and an MA in Political Science from the Central European University (Hungary). Her research areas of interest are: non-profit regulation and governance of civil society organizations and civil society elites in long-lived European democracies, as well as different aspects of state-civil society relations in post-communist countries.
