About

From February 2023 I will be employed as a postdoc in the EU-funded project G-EPIC: Gender Empowerment through Politics In Classrooms at the Justus-Liebig University Giessen. From 10/2015 until 09/2022, I was a doctoral research associate in the department of political science (chair of empirical research methods) at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen. I defended my doctoral thesis with the title Fundamental Conditions of Democracy: Inequality as Disturbing Factor of Democratic Consolidation in December 2022 (Dr. rer. soc.) at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen. Previously, I studied political science at the university of Vienna (M.A.) and Social Sciences at the university of Cologne (B.Sc.). My research and teaching focus on political support, political attitudes/value orientations, and quantitative methods.
