A Master of Arts on Peace and Conflict Studies (Uppsala Universitet) with a single and properly diversified professional experience well-grounded upon the international system, within the IGO system of States, with due career tracks related to various sectors considering armed conflicts, namely upon victims, combatants and ex-combatants within D.D.R. and S.S.R. frameworks, on humanitarian coordination global and local task forces, such as the protection of civilians (internally displaced persons, refugees, mixed migrants, and communities at risk). Accordingly, I have worked in areas of armed conflicts for the Organization of American States and for the United Nations in Nepal, in New York, in Colombia, in Somalia and in Geneva, where I have also advised, as a consultant, via the Brazilian Diplomatic Mission to the United Nations and other International Governmental Organizations, the Commission of Inquiry on the Syrian Arab Republic, as well as many other relevant core sections with due focus on UN Resolutions focused on non-State armed groups and co-related sectors to and within war-torn countries, in various other regions / continents and their respective actors, scenarios and theatre of operations.
