Roberta Perna ispost-doctoral fellow at the Department of Applied Sociology of the Complutense University of Madrid. Prior to that, she was Marie Sklodowska-Curie researcher at the University of Liège (CEDEM, ULiege, 2021-2022), post-doctoral researcher “Juan de la Cierva” at the Spanish National Research Council (IPP-CSIC, 2019-2021) and researcher at the Forum for International and European Research on Immigration (FIERI, 2018-2019). She holds a PhD in Political Sociology from the University of Turin. Her research interests include comparative migration and healthcare policies and politics, EU policies and social citizenships, street-level bureaucracy and the construction of migrants’ deservingness of social protection. Since 2020, she is co-convenor of the ECPR Standing Group Migration and Ethnicity.
