I am Assistant Professor in Social Statistics at the Department of Political Science of the University of Perugia (Italy), where in 2015 I earned the PhD in Statistics. I am research consultant of the Italian Anti-Corruption Authority, dealing with a project (EU funded National Operational Program) for constructing indicators for corruption prevention and transparency promotion. I am part of a research group within an EU funded project of the Hercule III program, dealing with the administrative prevention of corruption and member of the scientific committee of CO.R.E. (COrruption Risk indicators in Emergency), another EU funded project. My main interests concern latent variable models and composite indicator construction in the field of education and corruption measurement. I am author and co-author of book chapters and scientific articles on methodological issues in composite indicators construction, corruption measurement and indicators.
