About

Being trained in political science and urban sociology, my work focuses on identity, inequality, and (urban) policy. I currently work as a postdoctoral researcher at Tilburg University. Here, I study state-citizen interaction and conflict in the 'digital Anthropocene', analyzing how state and citizens interact in 'hybrid spaces' as they deal with current crises like inequality and climate change. Before this, I did ethnographic research on urban marginalization and participatory governance in the Netherlands and France.
