At the Department of Political Science at University of Oslo, Dr. Victoria Finn researches migrant political participation, (non)citizenship, and migration governance, primarily in Latin America. She holds a PhD in Political Science (Universidad Diego Portales), a PhD in Humanities (Leiden University), and an MA in International Affairs (The George Washington University). She is the recipient of the APSA Migration & Citizenship Best Dissertation Award 2022. Victoria's publications appear in Citizenship Studies, International Political Science Review, TPG (Territory, Politics, and Governance), JEPOP (Journal of Elections, Public Opinion and Parties ) and Latin American Policy, among others. In her region of specialization, she has published in Spanish in Colombia Internacional, Revista Interdisciplinar da Mobilidade Humana, and Revista Andina de Estudios Políticos.
