Get ready (In-person Workshops)

To help make your participation as smooth as possible, we've compiled this page containing essential practical information.

We will be unable to accept your presentations via participants' own laptops.

If you wish to present using PowerPoint slides or equivalent as a visual aid, please bring them on a USB key to upload to the PC provided.

The room allocations for your Workshop are embedded into the Timetable and are added to your Itinerary.
