Abstract

Comparative political theory is a growing sub-field within political theory. It attempts to compare different traditions and approaches in political theory, and aims to discover similarities, differences and perhaps interesting combinations, between such different traditions. Such comparisons must involve specific methods for designing such research, and the papers in this panel all attempt to advance the comparative method.
