Abstract

The contributions of this panel offer a comprehensive exploration of contemporary positions and influences of Eurosceptic political parties. On the one hand, the panel examines the contemporary landscape of Euroscepticism and the politicisation of European integration across multiple European states. On the other hand, it delves into Eurosceptic parties in the European Parliament, investigating the impact of the current EU crises upon party Euroscepticism in the EP, as well as examining the influences of Eurosceptic radical right and left parties within Parliament. Employing a blend of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, this panel encompasses Euroscepticism on both sides of the Left-Right spectrum.
