Abstract

The Draghi report forcefully brought European competitiveness back onto the agenda. The panel includes papers on competitiveness, industrial policy, and competition policy. The focus ranges from ideational foundations and rival conceptualizations to public opinion, government–Commission interactions, and supranational policy drift.
