Abstract

This roundtable discussion reflects on questions of what, how and why we choose to communicate our research within the fields of human rights and transitional justice. In it we invite speakers and participants to share their experiences around questions including, but not limited to: - How do we decide who gets access to our findings? - How do funders, institutions or states quietly shape our communication choices? - What alternative communication formats have people tried? - What does it mean to communicate with rather than about affected communities? - When do we choose not to communicate something – and why?
