Abstract

Electoral decision-making is studied from a variety of perspectives. In this panel some of these perspectives are contrasted with each other in order to bridge the traditional gaps between psychological and institutional analyses. The panel brings together state-of-the-art work on ideology, choice sets, and the consequences of electoral institutions.
