Abstract

Although in recent years the Court of Justice has not made radical decisions that significantly altered the constitutional relationships between the EU institutions and Member States, or promoted further integration, it is still a central actor to ensure respect of rule of law, compliance with the EU Treaties, and general principles of EU policy-making. The panel welcomes papers that examine the evolution of Court of Justice with respect to particular policy-areas, to general principles of EU law, or its relationship with domestic courts.
