Abstract

International order are built by countries which share values, principles, and ideologies, and establish coalitions of interest and culture for the sake of launching worldwide policies to make the world safe and wealthy. The crucial questions of today are the following: are there revisionist states which promote new values, rules and institutions for the world order and structure of government? Do they trust the coalition mechanism as essential for replacing the existing order? Is that also the belief of the countries that want to preserve the main features of the current world order and government?
