Abstract

Do the biggest countries of today, the United States, China, and Russia, have the will/aspiration and the resources and qualities to close the present world dis-order and to become the leader of the next world order and government? Are they either revisionist or status quo concerned/oriented? Hegemonic theorists gave evidence of world wars waged in the past five centuries for solving the conflict between opposite coalitions aimed at gaining the hegemonic role but recently the attention of the IR scientists has been called by the macro-transformations that could derail the life cycle of the world political order from the past track.
