The papers in this panel examine some of the most significant 20th-century Kant-inspired political theories. There is a particular focus on the work of Hannah Arendt, but also of Robert Nozick, Ludwig von Mises and John Rawls. The approaches are critical and reconstructive with a special focus on the relevance of these theories of today's challenges.
