Abstract

The security dilemmas presented by an inter-section of numerous, though actually not registered nor unknown to date, non-State armed actors within this triple frontier, where Brazil, Bolivia and Paraguay do meet via both land and various fluvial routes, a complex lack of adequate minimum State legitimate sovereignty, with nearly no major urban centres / municipalities presence for a due surveillance and monitoring aiming at national defence policies via a focused thorough research over operational off-State belligerent / organized criminal groups and their respective illegal routes, what does require more due national and international attention for the necessary re designing of local, regional, coordinated international intervention policies alike. The pivotal impetus is over the evolvement or de-escalation of the non-State armed groups, vehemently vital to understand all international security problems posed trans-continentally then requiring more pragmatically incisive / effective policies objecting to mitigate / solve the challenges presented by the insecurity based upon the on-going crimes registered and highly volatile processes of cycles of armed violence continuously and increasingly perpetrated by myriad N.S.A.G. and O.C.G., within this transitional local & global region, which is not restricted to its micro level but actually resulting more and more not only on security problems to this region but namely to three continents inter-connected illegally via numerous illicit goods corridors in sequence: South America, Africa, and Europe, vastly and multidimensionally, vice versa, read reciprocally.
