Abstract

With the effect of globalization, access and use of transportation also guide the definition of the concept of security in general and the power socket at the borders of ensuring security. The length of the definition of the concept of security has led to the disclosure of security points that have not been encountered before, such as cyber security. The power of providing cyber security and control has led to the adoption of different approaches to the concept of cyber security in the international arena. When it comes to security in the international arena, international organizations such as the UN, EU and NATO have been able to create solutions in many crises with their guidance and interventions. On the other hand, cyber security vulnerabilities and vulnerabilities in the international arena bring the approaches to international structures to the fore. This study emphasizes that the attitudes of international institutions are extremely important when there is a security crisis brought about by the cyber attack in Estonia. In the study, analyzes based on the storage of the attitudes and results of the EU and NATO member states towards cyber attacks were prepared. The prominence of statistical analysis is to use the R program. With the study, a comparative analysis of the approaches of international organizations on providing cyber security will be carried out and a different scope will be approached to the field.
