Abstract

Starting with Law 190, Italy has equipped itself with a number of corruption prevention tools focused on transparency and civic engagement in order to involve citizens in direct control of public administrations. Developing the theme of civic monitoring as a practice that is being consolidated at the international level, the paper will focus on three experiences carried out in Italy and aimed at monitoring the Resilience Fund: common - monitoring communities, Libenter, PNRR Civic Observatory. The paper is aimed to describe their activities in the national and international framework, analyzing points of contact and divergence, outcomes and perspectives of action.
