Integrating Reproductive Justice with Demography to Improve Reproductive Policy

Demography and other disciplines that rely on statistics to describe populations plays an important role in shaping reproductive politics and policy. Yet, demographers have been slow to engage with Reproductive Justice as a movement and framework that can inform their work. In this paper, I will discuss what reproductive justice can teach demographers and how we can integrate Reproductive Justice with demography to work toward a more just politics of reproduction.
