Abstract

Beatriz Ribeiro is a PhD candidate in Political Science at NOVA-FCSH and an associate researcher at IPRI-NOVA, Lisbon. She has been focusing her research on the intersection of gender and public policy, and more recently on developing the intersection of feminist institutionalism and street-level-bureaucracy exploring, in particular, the role of discretion. She has published in Violence Against Women and European Political Science, and presented at CES, ECPG and IPSA. She is a member of FIIN.
