Abstract

This study examines how Feminist Foreign Policy (FFP) principles can be integrated into Green Foreign and Security Policy (GFSP) to advance intersectional global justice. Focusing on Germany, Canada, and Chile, it analyzes gendered gaps in war, environmental security, migration, and resource extraction through an adapted 4Ps model (Participation, Protection, Prevention, Promotion). Central questions address how gender and environment reshape power in foreign policy and where synergies or contradictions emerge between feminist and green objectives. Using qualitative document analysis and interviews, the research proposes evaluative indicators for intersectional outcomes, offering novel insights into gendered and climate-aware security policymaking.
