Each year since 2016, ECPR has published a Gender Study, taking an in-depth retrospective look at gendered participation across all our work, from grassroots to leadership level. Out just in time for International Women's Day is the 2023 round-up.
While there is of course room for improvement, we are happy to report that last year ECPR achieved or exceeded gender parity in 69% of the 26 key categories.
