Payment 

If you register by midnight on Monday 18 December, payment is due within 30 days. Register after this date, and payment is due within 24 hours. If we do not receive payment by the due date, your registration will be cancelled and your details removed from the Winter School programme. To find payment due date, log in to MyECPR and go to My Invoices.

Your place is not guaranteed until we receive payment in full. You can pay with PayPal, credit or debit card, online in MyECPR or by bank transfer. Our bank details are on your invoice. Please allow 3–5 working days for bank transfers to clear, and include the invoice number in the transaction details.

Do not book or pay for travel or accommodation until your course/s has/have been confirmed. This happens when the course reaches a sufficient number of registered and paid participants. You will receive a course confirmation email by 13 December at the latest.

Cancellation policy

In line with the Office of Fair Trading and EU Distance Selling regulations, there is a seven-day cooling-off period following payment, during which time you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund. This policy relates only to registration payment; other items may not be eligible for a refund. 

Cancel / withdraw after the cooling-off period but before midnight UK time on Friday 9 February 2018, and you receieve a 50% refund.

Cancel / withdraw after the cooling-off period and after Friday 9 February 2018, and we cannot give a refund.

We will send Invitation / confirmation letters after the seven-day cooling-off period.

Changes to your registration

Once you have registered, you cannot make changes yourself, but email methodsschool@ecpr.eu and we will amend your registration for a €25 admin fee.
 

Certificate of attendance

Provided you attend 80% of the course hours, we will email you a certificate of attendance for each course attended, after the Winter School.
