We've created this handy guide to help you at every step of your SGEU conference experience – from uploading your Paper to making the most of your participation.
The organisers are looking forward to a fully in-person event in Lisbon. With this in mind, there will be no provision for virtual participation.
We think that everyone deserves a positive event experience. Please take a few moments to read our Code of Conduct which outlines our expectations regarding the participants at all our events.
Please upload your Paper (in PDF and in English) by Thursday 13 June so that your fellow participants have time to prepare comments and questions.
You can also use this facility to replace your Paper or remove it after the event. If you have trouble uploading your Paper, contact our Events Team.
You can access your itinerary through My Events in My ECPR and the event app. Schedule is displayed in local time (Lisbon, WEST).
Badges are required to enter the conference rooms. Collect yours at the Registration Desk (Entrance, Colégio Almada Negreiros) from 10:00 on Wednesday 19 June.
The room allocations for all sessions are embedded into the Schedule and are added to your Itinerary.
The Portuguese National Emergency Number is 112.
For non-emergency health concerns, call the Health Line 24 at 808 24 24 24 for advice and referrals. Available 24/7.
Eduroam access is available at the venue.
There is an ATM in front of the campus at the Santander bank headquarters, Rua da Mesquita's entrance.
Luggage storage facilities are available – please enquire at the Registration Desk.
Universidade NOVA and the city of Lisbon are committed to reducing plastic consumption. Plastic water bottles are not available for purchase on campus. Please bring your own bottle, which can be refilled at the free hot and cold water dispensers.

Photographers will be taking pictures at various locations on campus during this event. The photographs will be used by ECPR to promote its activities and may be published on the ECPR website, used in digital and email marketing, on social media, and in other promotional materials.
If you do not wish to appear in such photographs, please make yourself known to the photographer or an ambassador in a NOVA University T-shirt.
