Know Before You Go

Important: The conference programme is available via the event app and the website. Please ensure you are logged into the event app with the same email address as the one you have registered for the event with.

Get started

Build your itinerary

Your itinerary is available on the event app and My Events in My ECPR. Panels in which you have a role have been automatically added.

Adding sessions

Add sessions to your itinerary by clicking the calendar icon in the programme. The format of each Panel and activity is indicated as follows:

  or P in the Panel code: In-person
  or V in the Panel code: Virtual

To sync your itinerary with your calendar, click the Export to Calendar button at the top of the itinerary page.

Get ready

Collect your badge
Badges are required to access all conference Panels and activities, including networking events.

Collect your badge at the Administration Building, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at the following times:

Tuesday - Thursday: 07:30–17:30
Friday: 08:00–17:30

Upload your Paper
Uploaded Papers are available ONLY on the event app. Head to the Papers tab under  Programme and Click the Information icon to view the paper details or click the Download icon to access the PDF.

Please upload your Paper (PDF in English) well ahead of your presentation to give fellow panellists time to prepare comments and questions.

You can upload your paper via My Events in your My ECPR account. For step-by-step guidance, visit our Help Centre and view the Paper Upload Instructions article.

You can also use this facility to replace your Paper or remove it after the event. Contact us if you have questions about uploading your Paper.

By uploading your Paper via My ECPR, you agree to its publication on the event app for all participants. To share your Paper directly with fellow panellists, please email it to your Panel Chair.

Bring your laptop

If you are presenting a Paper, please bring your presentation on a laptop. We will be unable to accept presentations via email or USB.

Find room allocations

Room allocations are indicated in the Building field on the programme in the event app and website. These can also be found once the Panel/activity has been added to your itinerary.

Get online

All virtual Panels will run on Zoom. If you are directing a Panel, you will be automatically assigned as host for your Panel's Zoom sessions.

Before joining, familiarise yourself with features you may need – mute / unmute microphone, stop/start video, share screen, naming / renaming yourself, chat and 'raise hand'. Find out more in the attendee controls guide.

How to join
  • On the event app, find the session in your  My Itinerary or head to  On Now.
  • Click the Join Meeting button which will only appear 15 minutes before the start time.
  • You’ll see an option to join via the Zoom app or your browser.
  • Simply follow Zoom prompts to get connected.

Times in your itinerary are indicated in EEST.

Notice of photography/filming
Photographers and videographers will be capturing footage at various locations on campus during this event. This media may be used by ECPR to promote its activities on its website, in digital and email marketing, on social media, and in other promotional materials.

If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform the photographer, a member of ECPR staff, or a Conference Ambassador in an ECPR T-shirt.
