Abstract

The panel cuts through some of the profound challenges the ongoing energy transition faces. It investigates the curves of renewable energy deployment across various socio-cultural contexts and explores the tensions associated with the emergence of a large-scale hydrogen industry. On top of that it introduces some conceptual and analytical innovations to help us think about energy transition policy instruments and their interactions.
