Abstract

This panel brings together papers which critically address issues of framing and ideology in different contexts and the impact on power relations, constituting power positions and often eliminate space for emergent discourses. There is emphasis on the analysis framing, construction of particular identities, underlying assumptions, clivages between private and public discourses and innovative solutions for research and processes of policy making.
