The engagement of migrants and minority groups in the political sphere has attracted increased scholarly attention. Research has addressed different forms of political participation and mobilisation, as well as the political engagement of these groups both in their host and home countries. This panel contributes to this flourishing debate, bringing together papers that address the different facets of migrants’ political engagement in the Global North from different disciplines and methodological approaches.
