Abstract

The purpose of this panel is to analyse the external relations and foreign policy of the European Union (EU). The contributions to the panel do so by criticising and revising established theoretical approaches to the actorness of the EU outside its borders. Not only are several theoretical alternatives discussed, but empirical evidence from a variety of regions is presented as well
