Abstract

So far the literatures on policy agendas and on bureaucratic responsiveness has largely developed in separate lines of inquiry. In addition, ideas about bureaucratic responsiveness have varied across levels of government. This panel brings together these strands in order to develop a more comprehensive understanding of bureaucratic responsiveness.
