Abstract

Kant's view of revolution seems to move ambiguously between sympathy (particularly for the Franch Revolution) and rejection (he dismisses a putative right to revolution). Papers in this panel aim to clarify Kant's position on this issue looking at, among others, his views on revolution and federalism, the Russian Revolution, political change and the right to rebellion.
