By focusing on the ethnography of three appointement regarding three type of legal issues and three level of intervention (from legal consultancy to a recourse before the European Court of Justice), I will try to elaborate a first draft concerning the theoretical insights that could emerge from this ethnographical account of legal mobilization as envisaged in the lawyers’ office.
