The paper is on the following three questions related the fact of national Turkish minority of Bulgaria:
1. How is “the role of European institutions in promoting protection and empowerment” on the discriminatory and exclusionary problematization of the existence of national Turkish minority in Bulgaria?
2. How is the role of DPS in Bulgaria as constructed by the national Turkish minority’s members? How does or doesn’t DPS affect the discriminatory and exclusionary problematization of the existence of national Turkish minority in Bulgaria?
3. What are the national Turkish minority’s members doing related with their existence as a national minority?
