International intellectual property policy is constantly evolving, and governments are working through a range of institutions to enact changes in areas such as public health, genetic resources and traditional knowledge, copyright, patents, industrial design and internet governance. In this discussion, we will take a look at the IP policies under negotiation at international bodies such as the World Intellectual Property Organization, World Health Organization, World Trade Organization and International Telecommunication Union, with an eye toward identifying trends and possibilities for the future of multilateral IP policymaking.
