Abstract

Spain, a country where about 12% of the foreign population, just no immigrants among representatives of citizens. We should also mention that not all foreign persons have the right to vote, but our work focuses on those nationalities who can vote. In this case we will focus on the discourses on the Bulgarian and British and their participation in politics. We want to show the differences between the forms of participation between, but not only this, but also in how participation or not by foreigners is justified. One of the main differences between the two is that Bulgarians see it as a right, and I actually do not in some measure worthy of him; while the British see it as a social obligation.
