As the title indicates, this article deals with the current international affairs system. More specifically, it focuses on the United States supremacy and its challengers. First, I will look at the historical background of the USA and its global role. I will then examine the current international system and identify the power which manages it, with a particular emphasis on international law and anarchic structure. Finally, I will argue that America takes the big responsibilities and there is no country to do so due to economic, cultural and military mismatch between them.
