Youth For Excellence Association (YFE) is a Canadian federal not-for-profit corporation specialising in educational research and training. Established in 1990, YFE's overall purpose is to develop and train today’s leaders through the delivery of competitive-edge training programs in communications and leadership. Determined to continuously challenge assumptions on what’s possible—expanding the potential for individuals and groups in achieving their objectives. Youth For Excellence Association continues to pursue its mission, strengthening its contributions to academia through the design of curricula, the implementation of strategies to enhance visibility, and the production and publication of research. Advancing scholarship in the disciplines of communications and media, educational research, political science, and positive psychology. Youth For Excellence Association, in line with its stated activities and objectives, also supports the development and funding of innovation and scientific research that pursues progress and understanding of pivotal societal issues, particularly those related to integration and migration.
