The conference is held across four buildings of Charles University, as outlined on this page.

Registration and exhibition take place on the Ground Floor of the Faculty of Law Building (Building A).

Panels are held across three buildings – the Faculty of Law (Building A), Novotného lávka (Building B) and the Hollar Faculty of Social Sciences (Building C). All three buildings are within a 15-minute walk of one another. Venue-specific information as well as local travel information can be found here.

You can view room allocations for all the Panels and activities in the programme or your itinerary on our event platform.

Taxis are available, however you can also download apps such as Uber and Bolt to help navigate the city.

Free travel passes will be issued to delegates at registration which will be valid in zones P, O and B. Find more information on this here.

The local currency is Czech koruna (CZK), and we would recommend having both cash and card on hand.

Luggage facilities are available in the Faculty of Law building (Ground Floor cloakroom).

All Panel rooms are equipped with a PC, webcam and projector.

Wi-Fi is available across all three buildings

Food and drink

Food and Drink

Visit this page to discover our host's suggestions for where to eat and drink within walking distance of the campus.

During the day, there is a cafeteria available in the Faculty of Law.

Usually around 10% of the total amount is recommended. This can be paid in cash or added on top of your bill when paying with card.

Conference beverages

In line with our sustainability efforts, we will provide reusable tea/coffee cups at registration. Keep your cup with you for the duration of the conference for complimentary tea and coffee during scheduled breaks in Buildings A, B and C.

Since we won't be supplying water bottles, we suggest bringing a reusable one along. You can refill it with the tap water throughout the venue.
