Following its first-ever green instalment in 2022, our General Conference continues its journey into a more sustainable future.
Working closely with our local organising team at Charles University, we are prioritising eco-friendly initiatives at the General Conference. Please support these efforts by considering your environmental footprint at the conference.

We strive to reduce waste where possible, particularly plastic. In a creative effort to help tackle this challenge, Charles University will be providing every participant with their own reusable coffee cup.

Our host venues are dedicated to minimising energy consumption and water usage where possible.

We no longer print event guides. The conference programme, and your personalised itinerary, are fully accessible on PC and mobile devices via our dedicated event platform.

Please avoid printing conference materials – our event platform is designed to offer everything you need for smooth participation, whether you are attending online or face-to-face.
The ECPR community is diverse, and we aim to make our conference as accessible and inclusive as possible. All conference buildings have step-free access and an all-gender toilet.
To ensure that everyone can always work within a safe and respectful environment, we have developed a Code of Conduct which sets out an agreed standard of behaviour that all people, however they interact with the organisation, are expected to follow. Please read it carefully before the conference begins.
