Abstract

A global energy transition is reshaping energy systems and markets around the world. It is also giving rise to new actors and alliances that are positioning themselves in this new energy landscape. This panel addresses the evolving role of foreign policy and global governance against this background. It investigates new foreign policy strategies and actor relationships against this background and explores the role and potential of climate coalitions and alliances.
