Abstract

The panel combines perspectives on domestic, international and supranational politics of energy all under the umbrella of the concept of governance. It unpacks the drivers and the nature of the contemporary EU decision-making about the energy and climate targets, employs networks perspective to make sense of local agency in pursuing decarbonization, inquires about the roots of resistance towards cross-border diffusion of energy governance models and zooms into the ongoing geopolitization of renewable energy transition.
